This plugin developer from the U.K. also creates some waves - and some blank stares. His work is very straight-forward and well-regarded. Further information can be found on his blog https://www.planyvst.com
This library of plugins include a mixture of free, and commercial but priced in a way that eases usability. The first product released was the great "Reverb Suite", and included Echocat, Trackspacer, and Tape. The trackspacer is a pleasure to use. It has a great GUI, and allows a user to duck the vocal, or other instruments, to achieve an almost infinite variety of vocal sounds, and a better, and more realistic sounding instrument than with the alternatives.
This VST plugin for Windows has been in development for over 12 years. I rated it as one of the top plugins of 2014, and that has not changed. The developer is a physicist, who delivers his software in a very non-traditional manner, unlike many others in the field - with proof of quality, and not just some hype.
Hyperphonic is the pseudonym of an American plugin developer who has been around for several years. His products range from Phrase Machine to Hyperpatches processor, but his best-known plug-in is the Wavechain processor. He has interesting titling in the world of limiting, and focuses on decay algorithms. Perhaps the wavepacket clamp is his best approach to this domain.
More recently, Argentinian Lukasz Przybylowski has been very active in the plugin development space. His library of plugins is both big and diverse, especially when you consider he started out back in 2012. We've met Lukasz several times for the Plugin Spree event, and he's always been a very nice guy. d2c66b5586
